The Science Behind We Did It Method
We Did It® Method uses gamified positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy to increase happiness in a relationship. The effect of the method bases on reinforcing habits that increase satisfaction and affection between partners. Through finding positive action patterns, partners better understand each others needs and perception of acts of love and caring.
The biggest research centre in nordic Europe VTT conducted a study on effectivity of We Did It® in June 2015. All the couples studied reported their relationship improved during the program. The greatest increase in satisfaction was found in the areas of physical touch, quality time and communication.
